• 20 mins or later to appointment is considered a no show and client will be charged a cancellation fee as well as an additional “no show” fee of $15

Cancelation and rebooking fees correlate to the services your pet is booked for. Fees will apply when an appointment is canceled or rebooked within 24hrs of their scheduled time.

• 0 – 40lbs: $15
• 40 – 70lbs: $20
