Late policy:
Clients have up to 12 minutes past their booked appointment time before a $10 late fee is applied.
No-Show Fee:
If we are not notified within 12 hours of your booked appointment of your booked appointment that you need to cancel, a no-show fee will be applied to your pets account in addition to be cancellation fee for the missed appointment.
Cancellation Fee:
If we have not been notified of cancellation within 12 hours of your booked appointment time, a 30% fee for booked serves will be placed on your pets account and will be applied at you pet’s next appointment.
